This ia regarding my another no.9738994xxx…from last recharges whenever i recharge my account aircel deducts the whole amount saying you have been deducted fr subscribing cricket. Further i called the customer service…after 3days i got connection.. Then they say that u ve subscribed to cricket..i claimed not..but they said that you ll get a call from us…if u attend that you ll automatically subscribed to that pack and you ll not be repaid…since i ve activated DND service…service provider has called me..its clear condemn of law by aircel..n how can they make us automatic subscribers just by picking the call from an random number…till niw they have deducted nearly 150rs of currency..i need an justice regarding my problem.

Around ?150 of currency.. Inappropriate response by CSR Misleading calls feom company They can activate service by just picking the call of the company..but consumer need to aend msg or call n after that also have to wait for 48 hrs to unsubscribe or deactivate the plan
