Purchased Videocon D2H service with HD function. My Customer ID: 91786130 Recent complaint no.: 250658093 I recharged my account for 3 months subscription for Gold HD pack. But since last 2 months company is not able to provide service. I called them approx. 50 times in last 2 months for the complaints regarding the services. But the problem has not been resolved from their end. So I requested them to refund my balance amount and the amount paid for HD set top box and subsequently cancel my subscription of the same. But In return they have only cancelled my subscription without any prior intimation and also not returned my money back. Now they are not even entertaining my complaints and requests. Instead they are harassing me mentally. Recent complaint no.: 250658093
1) Huge time loss. 2) Mental harassment and torture. 3) Mental frustration 4) Balance amount and amount paid for HD set top box i.e. approximately Rs.6000 5) Disturbance in my personal life due to frequent call logs and regular service engineer visit to my home and then also not able to solve my issue.
