Samsung Mobile Customer Care not Resolving Issues

I am facing lot of issues with this phone.I had submitted the handset many times for servicing but still problem persists.I want my full amount to be refunded.
I have spent 12000 for the phone, 992Rs for warranty extension, 400 for flip cover, and have visited service center many times. Now when ever i mail to the Samsung CEO desk i don’t get any proper response.
I need compensation of Rs25000 because i have faced lot of problems with the phone. And i have wasted my time by visiting the service center for more than 7-8 times and submitting my handset for around 1 week every time.
