XOLO – Faulty Mobile Device

I have purchased a XOLO mobile phone (model# Q3000 BLACK) from infibeam.com on 4th of September 2014 through credit card. The payment details can be provided if needed in lieu of this request. Also attached is my correspondence with them. They are not even replying to my emails. This purchase has caused mental harassment to me

I have uncured an economic damage amounting to Rs. 15325 (INR) as I am now left with the faulty mobile device. In the times when all other online companies are providing the option of money back in case of customer’s non satisfaction, this company is not refunding my money.

just want my money back in lieu of this fault mobile device which infibeam.com has delivered to me. If there is any cancellation amount that i need to give I am ready to pay that also but amount must be known to me beforehand.
