I purchased a HP Laptop from Tata Croma. I took 2 years extended warranty cover provided by Tata Croma. I gave my laptop for repair on 29-08-2014. The same has not be repaired as on 22-09-2014 and no proper update is provided. Details of case are as follows: Vendor: Tata Croma Invoice No.- SLF02A48020017854 Invoice Date:- 26-12-2011 Purchased By- Singhi & Co. Nehru Place, New Delhi Extended Warranty charges- Rs.1600 Extended warranty code:- 163762 Extended Warranty Claim-141839.

The delay resulted in time wastage and money wastage amounting Rs1000 was incurred due to the use of cyber cafe facilities, moreover, such ineffective services are just a headache to consumers and these vendors should be severly penalised for such false claims, that they make while selling extended warranty.
