I am Vaibhav Naik I have a personal Loan account with Bajaj Finserv Lending which was disposed on 04/03/2013. I wanted to Foreclose my account and for this reason I approached Bajaj Finserv Lending branch situated in 1st Floor, Office Number 103, Rizvi Towers, 18th June Road, Rizvi Cooperative Housing Society, Santa Inez, Panjim on 4-September-2014 but I was told to come back after five days even without checking/verifying my document by Mr. Dharmanand Parsekar reason was never mentioned even though I asked. I went back today dated 16-Septermer-2014 to foreclose my account and I was told that cheque was on wrong name (Bajaj Finserv Lending) which should have been “Bajaj Finance Ltd” as per Mr. Dharmanand Parsekar although this details was not mentioned on the Email that was sent to me by Bajaj Finservlending( Please check the trailing mail) as well as the Pdf document (Please check Attached document). Although it was Never my fault I was treated like dirt by Mr. Dharmanand Parsekar and I have to pay interest amount unnecessarily.

I do not wish to pay the extra Interest that I payed because of their fault. And would like compensation for All the trouble that have
