I was using Reliance Net connect dongle. On 16.06.2014 @ 10.40 am I have opted for discontinuation of services. I have received an SMS stating service request no. 221523XXX and it mentioned that same will be closed in 15 days. Then after I have received an invoice for ~450Rs. which I paid considering this may belong to this termination period – to avoid any hassle. Now, I am in receipt of bill for period from 05.07.2014 to 04.08.2014 – 19 days after requesting for disconnection. They keep on sending messages to clear the dues else they will approach to court

Reliance should not billed for services not availed. To reverse the charges.
