Dear Sir/Madam I placed the subscripition through your agent Mr.Rajneesh Kr. Rai (9711227XXX) on 27th July 2013 and as per him , I was supposed to get the vouchers in two weeks. Even as per the form 30 days was the outside limit , however even as on date I’ve not received the vouchers. I requested for refund of the money paid through HDFC Bank 085857 dated 27-July-2013 on 31st Aug 2013 and multiple telephonic reminders after that.

My money is not refunded leading to financial loss and consequent mental harassment

1.Unconditional apology from HT Media on lapse 2.Return of money with interest 3.Exemplary monetary compensation so that common people are not taken for granted
