Aircel – Auto activation plan refused

Hello Sir I received a sms on october 5 that my account has been credited with Rs. 84 and I will get daily 50 local and STD minutes for 3 months.I called customer care and was told it will be activated by midnight .But unfortunately it has not been credited on daily basis. 2nd complaint- I would not hesitate to say that AIRCEL customer care executives are the worst. I received a sms at 12:24 pm dated 06/10/2014 on my Aircel number 7503886774 that ND121MIN34 pack has been activated.But I did not press any button to activate that pack.I called customer care and they refused to take complaint .Even your customer care executive was not ready to listen to my grievance.She was insisting that I was telling lie and activated the pack.I want you to take a complaint refund my money back in account. Most logical question is that when I have lower tariff why will I activate the higher tariff. I want the earliest possible response from your team regarding the issue because this is not the matter of Rs34 but indirectly telling the customer LIAR (an insulting word). Being a new customer I am really surprised that my call to customer care executive is not connecting.May be it has been blocked.I want a call back and earliest possible resolution. In case you take more time I feel more insulted and cheated by you.If you think you are right please allow me to move to consumer court by replying .You people do not care even 0% about your customer. 1.refund of rs 34 2.apology for blaming me indirectly as liar, and fine of rs 2 lakh (as a lesson) for not registering my complaints and grievance.this will give them a future lesson. 3.restore my earlier plan.
