I purchased a Lumia 1320 handset in the month of June 2014 My handset got damaged because of water and now it requires a replacement of the Display Screen. I went to the service center and enquirer about it and they told me that it will cost Rs. 12000 replace the Display Screen.
I purchased the Handset for Rs.20000 and it is still in the warranty period. But the company is not giving me any relief in repairing the handset. Moreover if a handset’s cost is 20000 how can the Display screen cost 12000. I think they are making me a fool and not entertaining my problem.
