My booking ID was with makemytrip IN1409B3S206871 As per my travel detail delhi to manali my check in was to Angel’s Inn on 2 Oct 2014 to 5 Oct 2014 at 12 Noon. But my hotel was not confirmed but i got confirmation voucher on 29 Sept from makemytrip. At 3’O clock on 2 Oct after reached to manali i was getting call from makemytrip call center that my hotel is not confirmed. This is totally harassed me after making calls to makemytrip service center multiple times i got another hotel for only 2 days instead of 3 days. I was also asked that for 3rd day i will get another hotel this is again mentally torture for me and on 3rd day of my trip i.e. 4 oct till 3 pm i didn’t get any call from makemytrip for last day hotel reservation. It’s after 3hrs of my checkout timing from my another hotel. On 3rd October i called makemytrip many time but didn’t get any response. Makemytrip totally spoil my tour, money and time by harassing me mentally and physically. Also i booked a cab Indigo but received Alto 800. I have all the emails sent by makemytrip including cab voucher and hotel voucher

I want total refund of my package amount and compensation separately.
