Dear Team, I have bought a Smart Television LED 32” from Rahul Raj Electronics who is authorized dealer for Panasonic product on 6th July 2014 Book No 80 Serial No 4295. Your dealer has given us the used piece of TV, and we have complaint for this on the very next day, but the dealer has told us, he will replace the TV by next month(August). Now since July till now, me and my family going regularly to check the status of our complaint or to change the TV, the dealer is now abusing us in fact he is now not ready to handle my grievance neither he is changing the TV.
