My Vodafone postpaid number 9049109xxx has been charged lot extra than the prices while I was agreed while signing in. The change of policies without any notice and change in rates forcing me to pay more money for extra data uses and the way of claiming is also harassing me in the time of examinations. The connections are cut down already but the rental charges are still applied I think this is unfair. Please solve this with justice. Any change of policy can’t force the consumer.

I want the charges to be cancelled because they are unfair and also due to mental harassment caused.
