purchased a Kenstar tower fan with rs,4000 on 10/6/2014.within one month it stopped working,on 11/7/2014,it was repaired.15 days it again stopped working. in spite of our repeated calls,there was no response.the seller has not responded to our calls and messages till date.
I want the complete refund of the money.as the fan is neither working nor the seller is responding to our calls,we have become highly desperate to have any negotiation.
