I purchased merchandise worth Rs. 7896.00 on 16.10.2014. I was informed by the salesperson that as a part of promotion campaign, I will get a free Duffle Bag from Benetton. But the Duffle bag was not in stock. They informed that it will be given within one week. Till this date (2.11.2014) I have not received any information from the retailer about the Duffle bag.

I want the company to be warned that they cannot bluff the customer with such false promotion schemes. The retailer must be directed to send me the Duffle Bag at the earliest, or else refund the money spent.
