I am living in Civitech Florencia Park Sapphire,Ram Prastha Green,Sector-7,Vaishali,Ghaziabad. Our Builder M/s Civitech Housing Pvt. Ltd is maintaining the society since beginning of the project i.e. from July 2011. Right now M/s Civitech is charging 1.9 Rs/Sqft for maintenance apart from electricity, power backup etc. The maintenance charges are highest in our society as compared to neighboring societies and the standard of maintenance is very low. We are paying Hugh maintenance with out any facilities. M/s Civitech is also having our IFMS & Sinking Fund (Total amount around 80,00,000) but not giving any benefit of the interest amount of this IFMS & Sinking Fund. Whenever residents are asking to give the maintenance to Resident Welfare association (RWA) M/s Civitech is not ingested in handing our the maintenance to RWA. Our total maintenance collection is around 7.0 Lakhs. M/s Civitech has not done any agreement with Resident/RWA regarding the maintenance. M/s Civitech has not provided any scope of work to residents. I request to look into this and handover atleast maintenance to RWA.

We request you to help our RWA to takeover the maintenance along with IFMS & Sinking fund avalibale with M/s Civitech Housing Pvt. ltd.
