Said Godrej Washing machine is semi automatic.Since Last 5 months the drier (spin bowl) of the machine is not working. I had contacted customer care several times. The technician of the co. comes and see the machine return without attending the problem saying that the spare is not available. I have fade up with the company. Since last 5 months I am facing this problem. Every time I complaint. the procedure repeats. The problem is still is un attended.

I may be given compensation for economic loss, waste of time, and mental torture by the company. And the machine may be replaced with new one.
