I had ordered two Picasso 2.2 L stainless steel cook and serve pot with lid (Product code 31840997) with COD payment option. My order was delivered on 13/10/2014 after i made the payment and when I opened the packet it contained only one item. The cost of one item is Rs. 680+34(tax) = 714. I paid 714 X 2 = 1428 but have received only one pot. SInce 13/10/2014 I have made several complaints via email as well as phone calls to homeshop18 but they have still not completed my order. I would like to cancel my order and get my money back. I’m totally disappointed by homeshop18’s lack of response. Please help.

Either deliver the item or return my money i.e. 714 + 1000 (that I spent unnecessarily) = Rs. 1714/-
