Flipkart – Product Cancellation without Information

I had placed for mobile phone vide order OD001067616413377800 by making complete online payment. Flipkart was supposed to deliver the product by 30th Oct but it was not received till 3rd so i contacted them multiple times. Further without any information and without taking my consent they had canceled my order. I tried multiple times but helpline people are redirecting me to other number. written dozens of mails but all invain

1. Physical apology letter in Newspaper by flipkart 2. penalty equivalent to the amount of product – this should be paid to consumer forum 3. Requested product sud be delivered to me
