Respected sir/ madam, On 18th October, 2014 , my sister had sent me a courier through on dot couriers & cargo ltd from Delhi. It weighed around 3 kgs. But the courier I received here in Roorkee weighed only 1.7 kgs. I went to its roorkee branch for confrontation, but the employee said that they had received only 1.7 kgs from Delhi branch and I have to inquire in the Delhi branch only. None of them are eager to find my missing items.

In relief I want sum of Rs. 2000. Rs 1165 for my missing items and rest for the inconvenience I had to face.
