Snapdeal – HP Laptop – Poor quality refused replacement

Sir i have bought the HP ProBook 4540s Laptop (3rd Gen Intel Core i5- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 15.6 Inches- Windows 8- 1GB Graphics) (Anodised Aluminium) from snap deal vide my order no dated 03/09/2014 for my daughter than subsequently it was delivered to her on 07/09/2014 than somewhere on 14/09/2014 she decided to charge the laptop as it was completely discharged as she frequently faced the problem of frequent shutdown in the before that she did not had any major apparent use but she noticed that the laptop is not getting charged so perhaps on the eighth day i booked the complaint to snapdeal from baroda that the laptop is not getting charged so replace it as it seems to be a used piece that you have sent to me as the charging pin also looked damaged besides frequent shutdown it was taking when charged but they refused to help me with the replacement stating that on the eigth day our job is over now approach hp company and get DOA certificate from them than we can do something for services so in the process it took me seven days than i approached hp after another seven days they also stated that now it is more than 15 days so we cannot replace the set also we will not look into the issue as the snapdeal is not authorized distributor of HP than i showed them the invoice of VNS company which supplied the product through snapdeal than they visited her may be around 09/10/2014 and stated that certain components of the product is not original so the guarantee is null and void so i cant help you than i approached the snapdeal with the above issue than they stated that we had sent you sealed HP box by our supplier VNS your components must be stolen so we cannot help you so my laptop is lying dormant so last week i purchased a new charger and necessary repair in the pin and got it working but the battery is still a problem please ask snapdeal to refund my money.

my daughter started her BE in computer science in july14 and she was without laptop for almost 4 months inspite of paying money she has got substandard damaged product without guarantee so i wish to get a refund for the same so that i buy her a new laptop without any problems.
