Bluedart – Non-Delivery Product, Customer Harrased

Non-receipt of the Croma Pivot Fan that I ordered and paid for on the 12th of Oct.’14 through net banking on cromeretail.com. To my utter dismay, even after 24 days and at least 10 calls to their customer support no., I am yet to receive the product!! Every time I am being told, it’ll be delivered by Bluedart in a day or two but I guess tomorrow never comes for bluedart. I contacted them in Kolkata and they say they are not able to tackle their work load and they’ll take many more days to deliver it. I am a regular online buyer and this is the first time, I am facing such poor service and harassment from a courier service. I have received stuff from snapdeal, amazon.in 4-5 days even after booking them way after I booked this Croma Fan on cromeretail.com!! I fail to understand, why cromeretail is not living up to the name of the TATA’s in delivering customer-support and has left the issue entirely in the hands of the Bluedart people. The details of the product booked online and paid for : Order No. SLE001EC0027099. Order Date : 12.10.14. Product : Croma Pivot Fan CRF0026 30cm. Amount paid : Rs. 1590/- + Rs. 50/- = Rs. 1640/-. If the product is delivered in good condition by 8.11.14 its okay otherwise I want my money back from cromeretail.com (Their No. is : 1800 258 3636) and I want an equal amount of compensation for the harassment I had to go through from Bluedart.
