i purchased exide battery on 13th oct. by snapdeal after 20 days they give invoice copy and delivery confirmation about my purchase but i don’t get my product till date then i make complain to snapdeal that i don’t received my product and i call 20 times to customer care of snapdeal that i don’t get my product but they people not given any response just saying that we are inquiring and we will back to you in 2 days,then i mailed my issue to upper management of snapdeal they people is also not giving any response.so kindly help me to solve my issue and kindly help me to recover my amount. thanks

i want my money recovery and also my loss due to work and mentally disturbence
