I received my Huawei Honor Holly product yesterday and I’ve noticed several issues with the OS as couple of functions does not work, there is no online software update for the OS. These are other issues I noticed with the product: 1) I had inserted memory card which got detected but after clicking photos the thumbnails are fine, when selecting the image were not displaying (Blank screen) 2) The Storage section does not provide options for formatting the memory card (only erasing), after erasing the memory card, I was getting error “If you mount the SD card some applications might not work” ? My files are still showing on the card. 3) It takes lot of time to detect the internal and external memory to detect, restarted my laptop no resolution yet. 4) I’m unable to copy music to internal memory and external memory card. 5) I was unable to download apps from the Google play store as I was getting error “Error 407, could not install”, I had checked the box “Install from unknown source” also, but still the problem exist. 6) Network reception is not good in the Huawei product, I had switched from Samsung DUOS GT-S7562, two years old and it was giving excellent signal strenght at my home. 7) The phone reception volume is too low and if you stand in crowded place with 2 or 3 people, you wont even hear a single word. I want refund as payback into my wallet as I’m not happy with the product.

Trust with the vendor is lost and my feedback is also not allowed to be posted on the Huawei Honor Holly product page on Flipkart.com page. This shows that Flipkart is cheating people by selling non-genuine products, which is not properly tested.
