I had a phone number HFCL from connect on the name of my sister at my old rented residence. Which I left on 31st August & I stopped using the number. I called connect office to disconnect the number. But they never took it seriously & kept adding the the monthly bill without the usage of the number. Then someone called me to do & visit the 47C office for disconnection. Where I have been multiple times, but every time they simply send me back by giving me an excuse about documents or non availability of the person who can deal with such problem. Now after 3 months, Mr Sandeep Singh Dhanju called me for bill collection. I described him my problem & he said OK, I will give you 50% waiver, So please pay Rs 3000(And that is for the usage which I never used). I agreed to pay so that the matter is closed. But after a week of that when I visited the connect office again for disconnection with all the documents, I met Mr Maninder Singh Mavi, who completely disregarded any commitments of waiver & said you will have to pay Rs 6200 more if you want to disconnect the number. Even after I have the written email from Mr Sandeep Singh Dhanju. Now Mr Shanju is also saying, The waiver if not allowed in case of disconnection. This is simple extortion for money. Please help

I just want my number to be disconnected as my sister can not visit their office because she is pregnant. You can check the number has NO usage from last 3 months.
