This is regarding my HDFC saving bank account details that had been fraudulently leaked and compromised by HDFC Bank, Arera Colony, Bhopal Branch officers. Sir, My bank statement was handed over to my joint family members who are not even my account nominee or authorized representatives, in my absence and without my consent by my branch officials. I personally visited the branch on 27th Oct 2014 to inform the senior officers of the branch regarding this privacy invasion in my bank account and was given a docket number on the spot but no action has been taken so far. On 23rd Nov 2014, I again tried to remind them my problem with the help of an Email (Case No:- HBL=027-216-626 ) but unfortunately they closed the case by FALSELY STATING in their Email that the Bank statement was given to the third party as per my request only (Check the attached PDF). Bank leaked my information which is a breach of fair practice policy and my privacy has been invaded. I expect at least 1 lakh rupees as a compensation with an assurance that it will not be repeated.
