ACT Broadband Delay Internet Installation poor service

Hi, I have applied for ACT Fibernet connection on 16/Nov/2014 and I was assured by Murali (service provider executive) that it will be installed by Thursday (Max). I had made a complaint on 21/11/2014 (complaint no. 0003179848) and following daily since that day, and daily I am getting assurance that it will be installed tomorrow and this tomorrow never came. I asked for refund for the payment which I made, and they said it will be done after 3 days which is not at all acceptable because I paid the whole amount at the time of form filling. They are saying it will take 5-7 working days to get your payment refunded. Thanks, Pushpkant Garg

Relief: I want my money back with atleast one year services free. Also, there should not be any disconnection of services because it will hamper my work which may cost me my job.
