i purchased a videocon washing machine. from the date of purchase my machine is not working properly. even a complain customer care lots of time but still my problem is not resolved. i also asked dealer and engineer for replacement of machine within 15 days of purchase. but still i do not receive any satisfactory reason for not replacing the machine. date of purchase January 2014

No physical damaged… there is only manufacturing default in machine.
