Dear Sir, I had purchased the samsung galaxy grandsamsung galaxy grand neo hand in september 2014 with that i had got 3g data plan for 2 months when i had insert the vodafone sim (9582305xxx) in hand set the 3g data plan had automatic activated on it , but before that my currently data plan 2g on vodafone sim (9582305xxx) is activated and i had not give any request to deactivate the 2 g plan, while my 3g data plan is deactivated automatically after completion of 2 months, operator had also deactivate my currently data plan of 2g with out any request from my side and not given any information to me that your mobile data plan of 2g is deactivated , now they are charging the billing of internet use with out any plan,i had talk to the customer care the customer care executive ( Mr. Parveen Kumar( ref no-750892290), he said that no refund will be given to you, you have pay bill. so i request to you that please solve my problem as soon as possible, they charging 1150.00 extra in my vodafone billing.so please take necessary action in it. thanking you Yours sincerely Parveen Kumar
