I have booked flight for my parents through spicejet on 20th Nov 2014, 9.AM from Vizag to hyderabard for my parents. I make the travel insurance for both of them during the period. But the flight got cancelled due to operational reasons, and they told that can’t provide any alternatives, other than giving my money back. Neither the spicejet nor ICICI Lombard giving compensation for the fight cancellation.

I am expecting the travel Insurance to pay back the sum insured for the cancellation amount which they mentioned in the sum insured as 20000 for Trip cancellation & amp; Interruption per cliaim. 2. If the customer cancel the flight tkt# spicejet deduct almost 60% of our money, what would they pay if the fligt get cancelled from their end.
