As a Vodafone Customer, I have been tortured, misguided and provided with worst service from the past 3 months. Check the issues that I faced from past 3 months, Issue1. My Vodafone Number +91-90512-96xxx which I was using it from past 3.5 years, has been disconnected without my notice and even I don’t have any due pending. After keep on chasing the customer care people, keep on sending the mails to customer care and even I have visited the Vodafone stores, I didn’t get any service and response from any one for about 5 days ( i.e from the day my connection got disconnected ). By the time they get respond ( I mean only to respond ) I have lost a lot both financially as well as professionally. I was helpless, and finally I have posted my issue on FACEBOOK, the very next day I got the response from service desk (only response not the solution ) but it took almost 15 days to get activate my number. But, In between, Again one more issue has been raised, again my connection got disconnected for about 5 hours without any reason. Issue 3: Already I have been tortured and frustrated with above issues, In between I have got one more issue with my billing. My bill was invoiced with 698 rs extra amount, to resolve this issue, I have sent almost 10 – 15 mails, As a response in one mail it says that no wrong in the BILL and some other mails it says that there is wrong in the bill, Like this way they misguided me for about 1 week on this issue. Issue4: I have asked that, I need invoice to my registered mail ID, but this again one more issue, stating that mail ID registered wrongly by them, for this again they wasted 2 days of my time. Issue5: Regarding my wrong bill, I asked them to send the updated bill with correct amount, but they didn’t provide me the correct bill, Issue6: I was getting warning messages, stating that “your credit limit has been exceed 1500rs,” , Since there is issue in my invoice and I have due date till 28th Nov, I didn’t pay any amount even after getting this message.
