Issue 1: Three transactions(Rs.110*3 = Rs 330/-) made on 27 Oct 2014 from PayTM website, to pay for BESCOM have not cleared even until Dec 15, 2014. However, the amount has been deducted from my A/C. The transactions even reflect as successful on Paytm website. But BESCOM never received the money. I even checked the same on the BESCOM website & I couldn’t find the same myself. I tried repeatedly to contact Paytm on the above mentioned Email Id, but still the issue is not resolved. Order IDs: 635459010, 635450645, 635445105
I want this issue to be addressed. And PayTM should start a call center service, where-in customers can directly talk to the Paytm Help Executives & get their issues addressed.
