Poor customer service of IFB team made me to write this complaint email to you, the CEO of the company as a final step before going to Consumer forum and approaching Govt public grievance portal. This has reference to my Complaints vide ref no. 14226219 dt 10/11/2014, 14345453 dt 26/11/2014 and 14385103 dt 14/12/2014 regarding the IFB Microwave oven problem. suddenly it stopped working and I lodged above complaints thinking the IFB service team will rectify the problem. But all my efforts went in vein as all the complaints were closed by your IFB service team without the knowledge of the customer(me). Lastly, I contacted customer care team on 13/12/2014 and spoke to Mr. Venkat of customer care center about the problem of IFB Microwave oven which is under warranty. He promised me to send a technician on Monday i.e) today 15/12/2014. But no one turned today to rectify the problem of the IFB microwave oven. I purchased the IFB microw/ave oven from Croma Store, Bangalore in the month of Feb 2014. The item is still under warranty. Despite several calls/mails to the customer care and service technician, there was no response from IFB team to rectify the problem till date. I did not expect such a poor response/customer service from such a esteemed organisation IFB. Now I lost my confidence/hope with the IFB team. Once i am again reminding the warranty will expire in the month of Feb 2015. I request you to rectify the problem of IFB microwave oven at the earliest as it is under warranty. Also dont close the complaint without solving the problem and taking the confirmation from me. Thanks Muthukumari 9945595xxx
Since the item is under warranty, IFB service team should rectify the problem and make it in working condition.
