I have registered a consumer compliant to Hennai district (tn) consumer disputes redress forum on 11th November, 2014 and the register post has reached there on 17th November, 2014. but i have not heard a single word in regard to filing of my case. the case was filed as listed in their website and nothing was lacking in the same. my registered a.d. no to track at Indian post website is cg007017589in/11.11.2014.
due to which the matter is delayed and though there is option to sent the complaint trough registered ad pst why it has not been filed ?
