The bank is debiting my account for non maintenance of balance in spite of sufficient balance in the account. they are offering swift facility to the customers wherein the balance over and above the minimum balance is transferred to small fixed deposits for as long as the amount is debited by the customer automatically. but on the other hand debiting my account by converting the balance into fixed deposit. my s.b.account no is 412612199
i want all the debits to be reversed and rs.5000/- for all the trouble i had to take to correspond and visit their office several times.
