Few days back i requested for relocation within the same city and they informed me that, its chargeable and charges would be Rs. 200. I have checked at your site it is same as they have mentioned. But when the person came and dismantle the dish he asked me to pay Rs. 200, I said i will pay after installing it at my new address. He said Rs. 200 for dismantling and Rs. 200 for installing the dish. But they have informed me that relocation charges are Rs. 200 and later they are charging Rs. 400 for entire process. And dismantling process is just to take off 4 nut bolt. And they have forcefully deducted Rs. 400 from my tatasky prepaid account.

My tatasky balance goes in negative and now they forcing me to recharge it other wise they will disconnect it.
