I have got complete wrong bill this month(December,2014) and when I talked with Idea customer care representative for complete bill, they are charging extra money for detailed bill. I don’t have MMS facility in my mobile however they have charged a big amount for that and when I asked for the numbers they are saying some unknown numbers.
Please rectify my bill and send me the correct bill.
