I ordered a Lavie sling bag from snapdeal on 9th DEC 2014 . I bought it because that had offered discount on this but the service was too bad I waited and waited and there was nothing. they updated to track the shipment but when you click last status it was showing “Your order is packed and waiting for the courier pack up” after 6 days I mailed them thew assured that the item will be dispatch within 12 to 48 hrs but only after 12 hrs i got message and mail that they are not able to complete the delivery as the shipment is lost in transit . How can it possible they had not shipped the product yet,and the same product is now available in twice of the price. This is vary unfair before they offer discount people check the website and order and after that they cancel the order with the bad excuse.

I want the same bag with the same price that I was suppose to pay . I ordered this bag when it was offering the price 1078 rs now they are selling same bag in 239 rs, so I want this bag in 1078 rs.
