I have been shopping with Jabong.com using my email address. Initially I ordered for Rayban sunglasses and they for almost 8 different times sent a used / dirty / scratched product. I was in touch and with a lots of follow ups I got it replaced. Then I bought a couple of jeans and because of the size issues and fitting I has to replace the same. Citing the above reasons, they unethically blocked my login. They have not any justification to the blocking and without any supporting evidence they have just blocked my id.
I want them to re allow my login and apologies to me for the way they are treating the customers like this.
