Electrolux Not resolved issues, worst service

I bought a washing machine from Electrolux. My product has got some mistake. As it was still in guarantee period so I called Electrolux Customer care. And they sent a technician to my home. But they were not able to fix that. And they asked me to send the washing machine at their service center. And I did the same. But its been more than 4 months. They people are jousting making me fool again and again. And Also customer care representative are not responding my calls. And service center people are saying that it will fix tomorrow or within 2 days. But that tomorrow or 2 days does not come yet. And it is been 4 month. I am very frustrate now. Please look into the issue.

I want to get it fixed as soon as possible. if they cant fix that. refund my money, which I have invested (Price of product: 11000) at the time of purchasing. And Also I am taking follow up on my product and taking leaves from my office. Apart from my accrual amount. I have invested much money to take follow up or visiting to service center or sending my product to service center. So I want all the refund including all my expenses (11000+5000). And also apply some penalities on them.
