I requested for disconnection of the reliance broadband connection in some day around the first week of september 2008. But when i raised the request, the representative told me that there is some issue with their system(Is that my fault…?). With in 2-3 days of raising this request i vacated that house. Now after 5 months, the owner of that house called me up and told that he received a bill stating around 2600 bill.
I called up the customer care people again, what he says is
like “I NEVER MADE ANY REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION”. I asked the representative to check their database for any data flow during that period. His answer was like this “DATA FLOW CANT BE CONSIDERED”(then what the hell is he goin to consider…), and he agrees that the connection is inactive. If the connection is inactive why should i pay the money ??
It is not the matter of paying 2600 Rs.. but this is cheating…. and no one like to be cheated..
