Threatning forcing to pay the fake bill generated by airtel broadband

This is to inform you that Airtel customer support & Collection dept is mentally harassing me by making calls for the payment of bills which is illegaly made.

I have already given application in hard to the guard (as told by airtel customer support to close the connection) at airtel office on 31-jan-2011 (c-scheme, jaipur) to close my connection -0141-4112631 (Amit kumar).

Non-Refund of Payment

Had procured two connections one at home, other at office with explicit commitment of starting the connections within two days. The office connection was installed after 9 days, and was told that residence connection would take three to four more days. Connections being urgent need, I had to cancel both connections and seek Hathway connections.

Tikona Broadband sales people misusing the customer’s documents

I applied for the Tikona braodband on 26th March, but they still havn’t responded to my application.

I even registered a complaint with them and emailed them but still no reply. I fear that they may misuse my document.
