Our phone number +913213272806 and for more than 8 months we are using BSNL broad band connection. Last 5 days ( from december 1st 2011) our internet not working and showing 651 error. I personally call several time to local exchange, meet those person talked to JTO ( phone number 9434066122) go and visit with modem to there local head office in Mogra and despite several assurance we receive nothing. Now the one point contact JTO ( who was trying to solve the issue) now not responding.

I personally spend several hours just following up with the status, meeting with those people and outcome is nothing. This is nothing but too much frustrating, causing wastage of time and work. Want this problem to solve at the earliest max 48 hours from now else have no option than to take other steps. We need solution asap.
