Still waiting for connection;Bad experience

Seriously a very bad experience with Tikona. I gave all formalities and cheque to the company representative named Ankit and Ravi for the broadband connection on dated 20th March(About). As I was about to get the Airtel Connection, but I think I should use this one.
After that day, not even a call or any follow up was taken for the connection. Even I logged 3 compalints and talks several times to customer care representaive for the same. Even Tikona cashed my cheque as well, and even till date I m waiting for the response.

I don’t think I will suggest any one to have the Tikona connetion.
