Had procured two connections one at home, other at office with explicit commitment of starting the connections within two days. The office connection was installed after 9 days, and was told that residence connection would take three to four more days. Connections being urgent need, I had to cancel both connections and seek Hathway connections.
Lost 45 hours of productive time, resulting in loss of three students amounting to revenue of Rs.60000, suffered much mental agony while following up with every agency at the company – including sales personnel, customer care, cable laying agency. Though these cannot be quantified.
