This is to inform you that Airtel customer support & Collection dept is mentally harassing me by making calls for the payment of bills which is illegaly made.

I have already given application in hard to the guard (as told by airtel customer support to close the connection) at airtel office on 31-jan-2011 (c-scheme, jaipur) to close my connection -0141-4112631 (Amit kumar).

But due to improper paper work by airtel my request was not forwarded, so again i submitted it. But then also the connection was not closed. Now a bill of approx. Rs 3750/- has been made.

I must also inform u that a message was sent me on 02 & 19-Apr-2011 , quoting that the issue has been resolved.
