I am continuously booking the HPCL Gas since more than a month and delivery boy did not deliver the cylinder to my home and his mobile number always being switched off, my consumer number is 665984 and the LPG ID is 2 1120 8099 0000 0333. when contacted one of the Employee in agency, he said I have so many complains against that guy and cant help you, he asked me keep calling on his mobile number but no chance to talk to him. Every time when delivery boy named Chhote delivered the Cylinder was asking the extra money but when we stopped paying him extra money, now he is not delivering the Cylinder also we have tried to go the godown with empy Cylinder but he did not give the cylinder and said your number is lapps and again we need to book and ine 3 days you will get the cylinder but same thing happened again and again. The delivery boy did not deliver the cylinder Please see the Details of booking which i have made since last month and no cylinder has been delivered to my home. This should be compensated and The Cylinder should always been delivered as per the govt of india norms, without extra paying. Gas charges should be as per the Cash refill receipt.
