Tata Indicom Sold SIM Connection with False Info

Last five digits of all four nos (7411039xxx,7795039xxx,814703xxx,8904039xxx) Tata Indicom were matching with my aircel prepaid no 8050639xxx. Many times i spoken to Mansa, always she replied that she will call back after checking but never done so. I sent sms also on 20 & 21 Nov 14 to Mansa. I asked customer care also, they replied me that there is no offer like this and my plan is 199/- post-paid, that is entirely different from claimed. I sent email to c. care on 27/11/14 and asked to take back sim card and refund rs 100/- as sim card cost & 500/- as inconvenience charge. C. care registered complaint no. 444124375 and time given to resolve problem was 03-DEC-2014 04:54:43: PM. On 04/12/14 I forwarded email to Appellate authority & mentioned to stop services on mob no. 7411039xxx. They replied no 09 Dec, there is no such plan and I will have to pay rs 199/- rental per month. Further, I have lodged complaint from next day to tata. 3-4 days to Mansa. After that company taken almost 15 days to resolve my problem. For that period why should I pay? I have not made any call to any other mob phone also. I have all call recordings in my mobile phone for all communications done through phone as a proof. Two recordings provided to cc/Appellate authority also but they have not given due consideration for it. I am not satisfied with the resolution given by the operator, that’s why I want to lodge complaint through consumer helpline. On 29/12/14 again i send an e mail to appellate authority after receiving my bill of rs 149/- vide online docket no M21022071. Appellate authority denied to revert back bill amount and any compensation of rs 600/-. Sir please initiate necessary action to control such type of fraudulent activities in future. I have call recordings in my phone for all communications with the operator. I will provide this proof when asked. Please guide to reach me physically to consumer court also. Thanking you sir.

I want from the operator to revert back my bill amount and rs 1100/- compensation (Rs 100/- paid for sim card purchase & 1000/- as inconvenience charge.
