I have bought a Funai LED from Easy Day( Bharti Retail) on dated 4th December 2013 but some problem occurred and similarly i have lodge a complain on dated 3rd November 2014 and later funai team inspected the TV and told me that i have to take out as there is major problem and within days of complain he has taken out the tv. Since then he has return the TV yet. when on the telephone he has addressed the issue i have mailed him whole conversation i have also attached for your reference. When funai top level was not listening to me the i have decide to take easy day on loop and Mr. K Reddy is saying i can not help much and i can following the as you are doing. Upon several reminder and call to funai they have agreed to replace the TV by 21st of January 2015 but yet it is not delivered.

I want either New LED or Cash with warranty.
