My goods were transferred from Mumbai to Kolhapur.All goods were received in good condition except Colour TV KY Rock Onida which was damaged completely. Beyond repair.I have contacted customer care at New Delhi Mr Chandrabhushan who was very rude. He told me that I will not get anything. I would not get insurance amount as the amount involved is very small compared to company’s turnover.

I have been told that all goods were insured. I am not demanding anything extra. Company has recovered insurance charges from me, but not provided copy of
